RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At QuietRest, we're confident you'll love our Airway Stent™. That's why 
we offer a full 60-night money-back guarantee. We want you to have enough 
time to find your perfect setting, experience silent sleep, and see real 
results—risk-free.


HOW IT WORKS

Try QuietRest for 60 full nights (that's 2 full months). If you're not 
sleeping together again, if the snoring hasn't stopped, or if you're not 
satisfied for ANY reason, we'll buy it back—no questions asked.


ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a refund under our 60-Night Guarantee:

- You must initiate your return within 60 days of receiving your order
- The product must be in its original condition (used products are accepted 
  and expected—we want you to actually try it)
- You must provide your original order number
- Returns apply to purchases made directly from QuietRest.com (not third-party 
  marketplaces)


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

If you'd like to return your QuietRest device:

1. EMAIL US
   Contact support@getquietrest.com with your order number and reason for return 
   (optional—we don't require an explanation, but feedback helps us improve)

2. WE'LL SEND A PREPAID RETURN LABEL
   Within 1 business day, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. 
   No out-of-pocket shipping costs for UK returns.

3. SHIP IT BACK
   Package your QuietRest device securely and drop it off at any Royal Mail 
   location using the prepaid label.

4. GET YOUR REFUND
   Once we receive your return (typically 3-5 business days after you ship it), 
   we'll process your full refund within 5 business days. You'll receive 
   confirmation via email.


REFUND DETAILS

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Full purchase price will be refunded (including any applicable taxes)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (but return shipping is free 
  with our prepaid label)
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, 
  depending on your bank or card issuer


HYGIENE & PRODUCT CONDITION

Because QuietRest is a personal oral device, we understand it will be used 
before being returned. We EXPECT you to use it—that's the whole point of 
the 60-night trial.

Used products are 100% eligible for return and refund under our guarantee. 
We simply ask that you:
- Clean the device before returning it
- Return it in its original protective case (if possible)
- Package it securely to avoid damage during shipping

Note: For health and safety reasons, returned devices are not resold. Each 
return is properly disposed of in accordance with medical device regulations.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your QuietRest device arrives damaged or defective:

- Contact us immediately at support@getquietrest.com with photos of the damage
- We'll send a replacement at no charge via expedited shipping
- No need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it
- Replacement orders are processed within 24 hours


BUNDLE ORDERS (2-PACK, 4-PACK)

If you purchased a multi-device bundle:

- You may return ALL devices in your order for a full refund within 60 nights
- Partial returns (returning only 1 device from a 2-pack, for example) are 
  not eligible for partial refunds—our guarantee applies to the complete order
- If one device works but another doesn't (due to defect), contact us for 
  a replacement of the defective unit only


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (NON-UK)

- International orders are eligible for refunds within 60 nights
- Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer's 
  responsibility (we cannot provide prepaid labels outside the UK)
- Refunds will be processed once the return is received, minus original 
  international shipping charges
- We recommend using tracked shipping for international returns


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange your product 
for any reason:

1. Return your original order for a full refund (using our 60-night guarantee)
2. Place a new order on our website

This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible without 
waiting for the return to be processed first.


CANCELLATIONS (BEFORE SHIPPING)

If you'd like to cancel your order before it ships:

- Contact support@getquietrest.com immediately with your order number
- If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund 
  immediately
- If your order has already shipped, you can return it using our 60-night 
  guarantee once it arrives


EXCLUSIONS

Our 60-Night Guarantee does not apply to:

- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
- Products purchased outside of QuietRest.com
- Orders placed more than 60 days ago (after the guarantee period expires)


FRAUDULENT RETURNS

We trust our customers, but we reserve the right to refuse returns or 
refunds if:

- Multiple returns are made from the same customer in a pattern suggesting 
  abuse of our guarantee
- The product returned is not a QuietRest device (e.g., a different product 
  was substituted)
- The return is suspected to be fraudulent

We take fraud seriously but also understand that sometimes products simply 
don't work for everyone. Our goal is to be fair to genuine customers.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer 
protection law. You have the right to return goods within 14 days of

Guarantee extends well beyond this legal requirement.
