SHIPPING POLICY


FREE UK SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

Every QuietRest order ships free to the UK. No minimum purchase required.


PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

PROCESSING TIME: 2-3 Business Days
Once you place your order, we begin preparing your QuietRest device for 
shipment. This includes quality checks and secure packaging.

DELIVERY TIME: 10-18 Business Days
Your order will be dispatched via international tracked shipping from our 
manufacturing facility. Delivery typically takes 10-18 business days from 
the date of dispatch.

TOTAL TIME FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY: 12-21 Business Days

We know that's longer than Amazon Prime, but here's why:

QuietRest devices are precision-manufactured to medical-grade standards. 
Rather than warehousing mass inventory (which raises costs we'd pass on 
to you), we fulfill orders directly from our ISO-certified manufacturing 
partner. This allows us to keep prices low while maintaining the highest 
quality standards.

Think of it this way: You've been snoring for years. Another 2-3 weeks 
to get a solution that actually works (and costs £34.99 instead of 
£2,000) is worth the wait.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Regular tracking updates as your package moves through the delivery network
- Estimated delivery date

You can track your order at any time by entering your tracking number at 
[tracking portal link].


EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer expedited shipping options. All 
orders ship via standard international tracked mail.

If you need your QuietRest device urgently, please contact us at 
support@getquietrest.com before ordering—we'll do our best to accommodate 
rush requests when possible, though we cannot guarantee faster delivery.


CUSTOMS & DUTIES (UK)

Good news: Orders shipped to the UK are sent from our EU distribution 
partner, so there are no customs fees or import duties for UK customers. 
The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.


DELIVERY ISSUES

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, or if your 
estimated delivery date has passed:
1. Contact us at support@getquietrest.com with your order number
2. We'll investigate with the carrier immediately
3. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement at no charge
